If you repeatedly try the same approach to a problem without making any changes, it is unlikely you will achieve a different outcome. If you’re stuck in a loop and you would like to break out of it, step back from the situation and analyse it objectively.
Think about what you could change. Is there a better course of action? What could you do differently that could lead to different results?
Perhaps the change needs to come from within. Can you identify any patterns or habits that are holding you back? In some cases, it’s our thoughts about the situation that need to change.
When we gain a better understanding of our behaviour and thought processes, we can begin to make intentional changes that can lead to different outcomes.
Through practising self-awareness and being willing to make changes, we can break out of cycles and achieve the outcomes we desire.
